Sweet and Savory Shrimp with Fresh Asparagus, Pineapple & Orange Pepper

Healthy Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound wild caught shrimp

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic

1/2 pound fresh asparagus (cut into 2 inch length pieces)

1/4  fresh pineapple (cubed)

1 orange bell pepper

2 green onions

salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 teaspoon red chili flakes, 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

Instructions: Coat cast iron pan with olive oil and add garlic.  Saute garlic on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 12-15 minutes, until shrimp thoroughly cooked. Serve immediately.
