Mint Mocha Chocolate Brownies
(Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Soy Free)
Ingredients:
6 whipped egg whites
Blender Items:
1/2 cup almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla or 1/2 vanilla bean
1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder
1/2 cup strong coffee
6 pitted medjool dates
3 tablespoons fresh or dried mint
Instructions:
Blend all blender items until smooth. Mix into whipped egg whites. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
