Super Moist Banana Bread with Blueberries!
(Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Soy Free)
Ingredients:
1.5 cup almonds/pecans
3 bananas
1/2 cup blueberries
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup olive oil
5 pitted medjool dates
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients (except blueberries) well. Fold blueberries into mixture. Pour into small greased baking pan.
Optional: Top with banana slices and blueberries.
Bake preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Top should be brown and bread like texture to touch!
