Pumpkin Bread (Bites)
(Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Soy Free)
Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin
3/4 cup almonds
1-2 tsp nutmeg
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup olive oil
6-7 pitted medjool dates
4 eggs or 7 egg whites
1-2 tsp baking powder
1-2 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Blend all ingredient well. Pour into small oiled baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
