Homemade Sriracha Sauce
(Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Sugar Free, Vegan/Vegetarian)
I really don’t know how I did it… How I survived all these years without making my own homemade Sriracha Sauce! It’s the easiest recipe yet, with the most simple and nutritious ingredients. This is so amazing that I now have to keep a homemade jar of this on hand at all times!
Ingredients:
12-15 red jalapenos ( I use red Fresno jalapenos)
3-4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Optional: A little salt to taste and 2 teaspoons of coconut aminos
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in blender/food processor. until smooth. Pour contents into a small to medium sized pot. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool. Serve immediately or refrigerate in glass jar.
