Better than Egg Rolls Organic Egg Roll Bowl
(Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Sugar Free)
Ingredients:
1 pound 100% Organic Grass Fed Beef
1 head of purple or green cabbage (thinly sliced)
1 white onion (chopped)
4 green onions (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1-2 carrots (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce ( I use Red Boat)
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
In large cast iron pan, add all ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until beef no longer pink and vegetables tender. Serve immediately. Makes about 4 servings.
