Patty Cake Patty Cake Bakers Man, BAKE ME A CAKE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

In today’s fast-paced technologically advanced society, time is definitely of the essence! Especially when it comes to cooking and baking.  Not everyone cares to spend all day in the kitchen like me, so I have created a few 5 minute prep Devine Dessert recipes.   They are simple, fool proof, wholesome and amazing!  All you have to do is throw the ingredients in a blender and bake.  Most recipes are done in 45 minutes.

Each of my Devine Dessert recipes has the same 4 base ingredients: Eggs/Egg Whites, Almonds, Vanilla Bean and Dates

Chocolate flavored cakes: Cacao and Coffee (optional)

Fruit cakes: Fruit and Coconut Milk/Oil

Vegetable cakes: Vegetables and Coconut Milk/Oil

Healthy Naturally Sweetened Chocolate Pecan Brownies

Chocolate Pecan Brownies

Ingredients:
6 whipped egg whites
Blender Items:
3/4 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 vanilla bean
1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder

1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup strong coffee
6 medjool dates

Instructions:
Blend all blender items until smooth. Fold into whipped egg whites. Bake in small pan at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Naturally Sweetened Chocolate Banana Muffins!

Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas

1 cup almonds/pecans

1/3 cup cacao powder

1 vanilla bean

3 eggs

1/3 cup olive oil

5 dates

1 tsp all spice

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients well until mixture is smooth.  Pour batter into muffin cups and bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Top should be browned and firm to touch.  Makes about 12 Muffins.

Extremely Nutritious Mocha Chocolate Brownie Cake  (Click here for YouTube video)

Ingredients:

6 whipped egg whites

Blender Items:

1/2 cup almonds

1 teaspoon vanilla or 1/2 vanilla bean

1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder

1/2 cup strong coffee

6 dates

Instructions:

Blend all blender items until smooth.  Mix into whipped egg whites.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mint Mocha  Chocolate Brownie Cake

Follow recipe for Extremely Nutritious Mocha Chocolate Brownie Cake and add 3 tablespoons fresh or dried mint to Blender

Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

4 egg whites or 2 eggs

1/2 cup almonds

1 teaspoon vanilla or 1/2 vanilla bean

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 can of pumpkin

6 dates

1/2 teaspoon  cloves

1/2 teaspoon  ginger

1/2 teaspoon  cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a nutribullet or blender and blend until smooth. Pour into small greased pan and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 55 minutes.  Let cool 1 hour.

Super Moist Banana Bread with Blueberries!

Super Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients:

1.5 cup almonds/pecans

3 bananas

1/2 cup blueberries

3 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

1/3 cup olive oil

5 dates

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients (except blueberries) well. Fold blueberries into mixture. Pour into small greased baking pan.

Optional:  Top with  banana slices and blueberries.

Bake preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Top should be brown and bread like texture to touch! 

Perfectly Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients:

3-4 ripe bananas

4 eggs

1 cup almonds or pecans

1/2 vanilla bean or 1.5 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup olive oil

5 dates

3 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into small greased pan and bake in oven at 375 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.  Let cool 1 hour.

 

 

Heavenly Gingerbread Cake (gluten free, dairy free, sugar free)

Ingredients:

4 egg whites or 2 eggs

3/4 cup almonds

1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 vanilla bean

1 inch chunk of fresh ginger

1/3 cup molasses

1/3 cup olive oil

4 was dates

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a nutribullet or blender and blend until smooth. Pour into small greased pan and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.  Let cool 1 hour.
