Healthy Naturally Sweetened Chocolate Pecan Brownies
(Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Soy Free)
Ingredients:
6 whipped egg whites
Blender Items:
3/4 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 vanilla bean
1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup strong coffee
6 medjool dates
Instructions:
Blend all blender items until smooth. Fold into whipped egg whites. Bake in small pan at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
