Naturally Sweetened Chocolate Banana Muffins!
(Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Soy Free)
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 cup almonds/pecans
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 vanilla bean
3 eggs
1/3 cup olive oil
5 pitted medjool dates
1 tsp all spice
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients well until mixture is smooth. Pour batter into muffin cups and bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Top should be browned and firm to touch. Makes about 12 Muffins.
