Simply Rejuvenating Beet Salad Ingredients: 3 cooked beets (sliced or cubed) 1 green apple (sliced or cubed) 1/4 cup walnuts 1/2 date (finely chopped or grated) Instructions: Mix ingredients in bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
